Quick & Easy Lunches (Three Ways)

Lunch doesn't have to be complicated. You can use this guide for breakfasts and dinners too! These 3 meals are just ways you can get a macro balanced diet into your system when time is of the essence. 

 

Turkey 'SUB'

15cm baguette or standard sourdough roll

1/2 cup slaw mix

3-4 slices of cucumber or capsicum or tomatoes (or all 3)

3-4 turkey ham slices 

1 tbsp avocado 

1 tbsp low-fat Mayonnaise 

 

Chicken Wrap 

1/2 cup shredded chicken 

1 tbsp Avocado 

1/2 slaw mix 

Drizzle of Birch & Waite Ranch Dressing 

 

Tuna 'Toasties'

2 x slices of wholemeal/ Rye toast

1x 95g canned tuna, drained 

2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise 

1/4 cup chopped chives 

1/4 cup diced cucumber

 

Toast your bread to liking. 

Mix together the tuna, chives, cucumber and mayo in a bowl. Divide the mixture between the two pieces of toast, sprinkle some salt & pepper and enjoy!
