Serves 6
1 large banana
1 egg
1 tsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 scoops protein powder (60g)
Heaped tbsp cashew nut butter
(added sugar free choc bits optional)
Heat the oven to 170 fan forced. Mash banana, whisk in egg, nut spread and honey.
In another bowl combine protein, cocoa powder and baking powder. Combine to mixtures together. Pour into a lined square baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
