Overnight Weetbix (Three Ways)

Milo Overnight Weetbix 

2 weetbix biscuits 

⅓ cup milk of choice (Cal calculations are done using unsweetened almond milk)

1 tbsp milo (9g) + a sprinkle on top (2g)

160g Vanilla YoPro Yogurt 

1 scoop Vanilla/ Choc protein powder (Cal calculations are done using True Protein)

 

Crush Weetbix into a small container or bowl. Add milo & milk and stir to combine. Press flat with a fork. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and protein together. Scoop on top of the weetbix, sprinkle a little extra milk on top and leave in the fridge to set overnight or for 20 mins.

Tiramisu Overnight Weetbix 

2 weetbix biscuits 

⅓ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

1 tsp instant coffee** (dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water, then mixed into the milk)

160g Vanilla YoPro Yogurt 

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (Using true Protein powder)

1 tsp cocoa powder + a sprinkle on top

 

Dissolve 1 tsp of instant coffee in 1 tsp of hot water. Stir into the milk. Crush Weetbix into a small container or bowl with the cocoa powder. Stir in the milky coffee mix. Press flat with a fork. Combine the yogurt and protein together. Scoop on top of the weetbix, and sprinkle with a little extra cocoa powder. Leave in the fridge to set overnight or for 20 mins.

**For Zero caffeine I recommend the brand ‘NOT COFFEE’- instant coffee.  



Banoffee Pie Overnight Weetbix 

2 weetbix biscuits 

⅓ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

160g Vanilla YoPro Yogurt 

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

1 banana, ½ mashed, ½ sliced up 

Queens sugar-free dulce de leche sauce

Sprinkle of cocoa powder on top 

 

Crush Weetbix into a small container or bowl. Mix in with milk of choice and press flat with a fork. Mash ½ banana and layer on top of the weetbix. Combine the yogurt and protein together. Scoop on top of the weetbix, layer ½ sliced banana on top, a drizzle of Queens sugar-free dulce de leche sauce  and sprinkle with a little extra cocoa powder. Leave in the fridge to set overnight or for 20 mins.
