One-Pot Protein Bolognese

375g Protein Pasta 

500g beef mince or V-drained canned lentils. 

Onion, diced 

3 Garlic cloves, minced 

750g passata sauce 

1 tbsp tomato paste 

3 cups stock 

3 tbsp Mingle Spaghetti seasoning or favourite italian herbs. 

 

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat- cook onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add beef mince or drained lentils. Break beef apart and stir until just cooked. Add herbs, stir to combine, add passata, tomato paste and 3 cups of stock. Bring to a light boil and then stir in pasta. Allow to boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 8-12 minutes or depending on pasta packet instructions. Once sauce has thickened and pasta is cooked through, divide into 4 servings.
