3 sugar-free digestives
1 tsp low-fat butter
50g low-fat cream cheese
50g Vanilla YoPro or Low-Fat Yogurt
1 tsp monkfruit or sweetener
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup frozen berries, microwaved to soften
Place cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, sweetener in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand held mixer until combined and smooth. Melt the tsp of butter in a small bowl. Crush the digestives in a ziplock bag and stir into the butter. Spoon biscuits into 3 glasses. Spoon the cream cheese into the 3 glasses. Top off with tbsp of the berries.
