2 large chicken breast filets, sliced lengthways in half to make them thinner.

1 tbsp Birch & Waite green goddess dressing
Boil water in a large saucepan to ¾ full. Once boiling, add chicken into the water, bring back to a moving boil and turn off the heat completely. Cover the pot with a lid and set a timer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat water to boiling and cook soba noodles according to packet instructions. Rinse under cold water for 1 min to allow them to cool. Once chicken is cooked, pull out of the water and allow to cool. Slice up the chicken into 4 serves, divide the soba noodles into 4 serves. Place on top of a bed of salad and when ready to eat, drizzle dressing on top.
