1 english muffin, toasted
2 eggs (scrambled or fried)
50g shaved ham
1/2 slice of swiss cheese
1 tbsp Fat Free Mayonnaise
Toast the English muffin to your liking. Spray some oil on a pan and either scramble or fry the eggs to your liking. Spread the mayonnaise across both english muffin pieces. Stack all ingredients into the muffins and enjoy!
