2 bananas; mashed
1 cup of Oats
1/2 cup of almond butter or nut butter
cinnamon
Organic dark choc chips to top (optional)
Preheat oven to 180. Line a baking try with paper or a grease a 12-mini muffin tray.
Combine all ingredients together by mashing with a potato masher. This can take 3-5 minutes but stay with it.
Spoon tablespoon fulls onto tray and top with optional choc chips. Cook for 12 minutes.
