4 Salmon fillets (measure 150g-cooked when serving)
Marinade:
2 tbsp mingle sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp Mr.Chen Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
Mix marinade together in a bowl, toss the salmon through to coat- marinade for 30 min or leave overnight. I sometimes even marinate it for 10-20 mins if I have forgotten- it doesn’t matter. Obviously has more flavour the longer it marinades. Turn on the grill function in your oven. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place salmon on the baking paper, and grill for 7 minutes. Spray with cooking spray and bake for another 3 minutes. Enjoy with roasted vegetables or Rice & salad.
